Design and development of gas information management system

We develop various systems for gas information management using smart meters and devices in accordance with customer’s core system.

Central Monitoring System

This is a system of a vendor who provides an extension unit to be attached to a gas meter.This system manages the indicator values and security information that are frequently transmitted from meters, and is linked to external central monitoring systems in real time and periodically.We have experience in developing major manufacturers.

Gas Meter Indicator System

This is a big data information system that manages indicator values and security information and then can output multiple data formats for core systems or LP companies. It also provides real-time information communication and control functions in conjunction with centralized monitoring systems. Individual specifications can be designed and developed to match the specifications of a customer.

Gas Safety System

This system manages equipment and inspection information for gas equipment. We also develop and provide an application for conducting on-site gas opening and closing operations and periodic equipment inspections. By abstracting complex inspection items and forms mandated by gas laws, we can propose, design, and develop safety systems tailored to customer’s core systems.

Inventory Management System

This is an inventory management system for gas equipment and appliances. It integrates with a smartphone application to handle inventory receipts, shipments, and stock management. Utilize the smartphone camera as a barcode and OCR reader to support paperless warehouse management. This enables faster inventory management operations.

Business Support System

This is a daily report system for sales and field inspection staff. Administrators and call centers manage gas opening and closing operations and equipment inspections via the management interface, while the staff can view, execute, and report on schedules and tasks set in their smartphone calendars. We propose a simple, easy-to-use GUI design with real-time capabilities.

Billing Information System (End User My Page)

This is a My Page system for gas consumers. It allows users to check billing and payment information and submit various requests (such as gas opening and closing and equipment inspections). Each request can be immediately relayed to the call center or sales representative via email or SMS. We also design and develop custom features and forms based on customer’s specific requirements. We provide a suitable My Page system tailored to the design of your other services.
