This is a My Page system for gas consumers. It allows users to check billing and payment information and submit various requests (such as gas opening and closing and equipment inspections). Each request can be immediately relayed to the call center or sales representative via email or SMS. We also design and develop custom features and forms based on customer’s specific requirements. We designed, developed, and sold an information input support tool for the task of individually receiving and shipping pharmaceutical PTP blister packs and boxes. Equipped with barcode and OCR reader functions on a smartphone, it transmits information captured by the camera to a PC tool via Bluetooth. The PC tool then inputs inspection data and posts it to the core system and shipping site. This simple, user-friendly mechanism enables significantly more efficient operations compared to browser-based data entry.
For the rental operations of medical equipment with expiration dates, we defined requirements, proposed specifications, implemented development, and performed operational maintenance to systematize processes previously handled manually or visually. We developed a rental information management system featuring flexible system architecture and operational workflows for various events such as new rentals, hospital transfers, failure replacements, and scheduled replacements. We developed a comprehensive system featuring linkage functions tailored to business operations and automated data extraction.
We designed, developed, and maintained a questionnaire information management system specialized for surveys on the number of rare disease patients requiring specialized pharmaceuticals and reagents, as well as market trend research. This system extracts survey-eligible facilities based on specific criteria, assigns surveyors using sales records and personnel data, and manages upper management approvals, survey requests, response data collection, and aggregation. It enables real-time information verification for tasks previously handled via Excel or email, along with batch processing for requests and follow-ups. By automatically linking facility, personnel, and sales data from core systems, the latest foundational information is available from the survey’s start.
