Example: Central Monitoring System

This is a system of a vendor who provides a extention unit to be attached to a gas meter.This system manages the indicator values and security information that are frequently transmitted from meters, and is linked to external central monitoring systems in real time and periodically.We have experience in developing major manufacturers.

Example: Gas Meter Indicator System

This is a big data information system that manages indicator values and security information and then can output multiple data formats for core systems or LP companies. It also provides real-time information communication and control functions in conjunction with centralized monitoring systems. Individual specifications can be designed and developed to match the specifications of a customer.

Example: Gas Safety System

This system manages equipment and inspection information for gas equipments. We also develop and provide an application for conducting on-site gas opening and closing operations and periodic equipment inspections. By abstracting complex inspection items and forms mandated by gas laws, we can propose, design, and develop safety systems tailored to customer’s core systems.

Example: Inventory Management System

This is a inventory management system for gas equipments and appliances. It integrates with a smartphone application to handle inventory receipts, shipments, and stock management. Utilize the smartphone camera as a barcode and OCR reader to support paperless warehouse management. This enables faster inventory management operations.

Example: Business Support System

This is a daily report system for sales and field inspection staff. Administrators and call centers manage gas opening and closing operations and equipment inspections via the management interface, while the staff can view, execute, and report on schedules and tasks set in their smartphone calendars. We propose a simple, easy-to-use GUI design with real-time capabilities.

Example: Billing Information System (End User My Page)

This is a My Page system for gas consumers. It allows users to check billing and payment information and submit various requests (such as gas opening and closing and equipment inspections). Each request can be immediately relayed to the call center or sales representative via email or SMS. We also design and develop custom features and forms based on customer’s specific requirements. We provide a suitable My Page system tailored to design of your other services.

MEDICAL

Design and Development of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information Management Systems

For specialized operations not covered by existing solutions or packaged systems, we provide requirements definition, design, development, and operational support. We begin by understanding your business objectives and thoroughly analyzing your current operational workflows. Based on this foundation, we devise the system architecture, execute the basic design, and finalize development specifications in agreement with you. Leveraging our extensive experience with various business support systems, we propose efficient, cost-effective, and practical specifications. We also propose the use of image recognition and AI technologies as necessary.

Example: Pharmaceutical Individual Receiving System

We designed, developed, and sold an information input support tool for the task of individually receiving and shipping pharmaceutical PTP blister packs and boxes. Equipped with barcode and OCR reader functions on a smartphone, it transmits information captured by the camera to a PC tool via Bluetooth. The PC tool then inputs inspection data and posts it to the core system and shipping site. This simple, user-friendly mechanism enables significantly more efficient operations compared to browser-based data entry.

Example: Medical Device Rental Information Management System

For the rental operations of medical equipment with expiration dates, we defined requirements, proposed specifications, implemented development, and performed operational maintenance to systematize processes previously handled manually or visually. We developed a rental information management system featuring flexible system architecture and operational workflows for various events such as new rentals, hospital transfers, failure replacements, and scheduled replacements. We developed a comprehensive system featuring linkage functions tailored to business operations and automated data extraction.

Example: Medical Information Questionnaire Management System

We designed, developed, and maintained a questionnaire information management system specialized for surveys on the number of rare disease patients requiring specialized pharmaceuticals and reagents, as well as market trend research. This system extracts survey-eligible facilities based on specific criteria, assigns surveyors using sales records and personnel data, and manages upper management approvals, survey requests, response data collection, and aggregation. It enables real-time information verification for tasks previously handled via Excel or email, along with batch processing for requests and follow-ups. By automatically linking facility, personnel, and sales data from core systems, the latest foundational information is available from the survey’s start.

Proposal and Development of Logistics-Related Business Systems

Type 1: WMS System Enhancement and Functional Additions
