The RCS (RealCodeScan) keyboard is a system keyboard capable of inputting alphanumeric characters and symbols. In addition to standard key input, it enables barcode scanning and OCR recognition using the device’s camera. You can launch the camera within the keyboard area or in full-screen mode, scan barcodes or text strings from the camera image, and input the recognition results directly.

ISBN Scan is a free iOS/Android app that reads book numbers (ISBNs). Beyond scanning ISBN barcodes, it can also read the ISBN numbers themselves using OCR functionality. For both barcodes and OCR, there’s no need to press a shutter button—simply point your camera at the book, and it will read the captured image with blazing speed and outstanding accuracy. You can view detailed book information based on the scanned ISBN and share that book information with friends via email or social media. ISBN Scan is software developed by customizing and commercializing LeonTech Inc.’s barcode/OCR engine, “RealCodeScan.” “RealCodeScan” can be provided as a module for smartphones, including iOS, making it easy to integrate into various apps. This app reads barcodes from your smartphone camera’s live feed. It supports multiple barcode types, including widely used GS1 QR codes, GS1 Data Matrix, and composite symbols. It breaks down scanned codes into individual Application Identifiers (AIs) and displays them as a structure of AI, name, and value. It also quickly checks whether the barcode AI configuration complies with domestic healthcare industry regulations or food ingredient guidelines.

“Vaccination Management App: harmo Vaccine Care”

harmo Vaccine Care is a support app designed to prevent vaccination errors. The healthcare provider app and the general user app work together to verify patient age and vaccination history, displaying vaccines available for administration that day. Furthermore, scanning the GS1 code displayed on vaccine boxes allows retrieval of vaccine information such as product code, expiration date, and lot number, enabling easy registration of vaccination records.
“Yuchu Reco” is a dedicated app for users of the transfusion record service. Users scan the barcodes on boxes or vials to register the drug name and lot number as transfusion records. Provided by: SECOM Trust Systems CO., LTD. and Novo Nordisk Pharma Ltd.
This is a barcode reader integration application running on Android/iOS devices, centered around CompositeCCA’s Limited/Stack and MicroPDF composite symbols.
